Ion Sajin is the founder and operator of General Cape: Realty and Renovations, LLC. Ion was born in Moldova, Eastern Europe. He has earned his Bachelor's Degree in Law from the State University of Moldova. At the age of twenty-one years old, Ion came to America in 2006.

Through his long journey, he found himself on Cape Cod in 2009. That same year, Ion met Katsiaryna- his future wife to be!

While staying on Cape Cod, Ion has found a true appreciation for its beautiful seascape and the coziness of the streets and neighbourhoods. Ion noticed that many houses were in need of new paint and repairs. Then he decided to gain experience in exterior and interior house painting, and soon expanded his knowledge to home repairs, kitchen remodels, modern designs, and more. Ion opened “General Cape” in 2013.

His spouse, Katsiaryna Sajin, recalls: “ I remember when Ion got his first job. The neighbor saw the company logo on Ion’s truck and called him to paint the deck. We were so excited and happy! I went to accompany my husband. We were sanding the deck and prepping it properly for the new paint to be applied. The job was done right! I will never forget that day! “

Ion and Katsiaryna have been married since 2013 and have two amazing daughters- Vera Sajin, the eldest, and Eva Sajin, the youngest.

In the present time, Ion Sajin and his crew have completed thousands of projects in home renovations and construction in the Cape Cod area!

Ion Sajin has established himself as a great leader in modern renovation and construction with exceptional aesthetic taste and the skills of an intellectual designer.

Ion has created General Cape, LLC with a focus on listening and understanding clients' needs, implementing detailed preparation of the projects, and providing high-quality professional results every time!!!
